Mount Pleasant House, an office building fully refurbished in 2017 is situated adjacent to the main line station. We undertook a complete strip out and removal of all existing fan coil units, boilers and chillers and installed a new VRV system to all floors. During these works the office floors were fully occupied by the tenants.
