Capstone completed the refurbishment of 10 levels of lift lobbies at 37-39 & 40 Lime Street, a total of 18 lift lobby areas. Works completed on this project include: the strip out of existing ceilings and lighting followed by the installation of new bulkhead ceilings and new LED lighting. We also completed the reconfiguration of the fire alarm system, reduced existing lift headers, installed stone cladding to match existing and new Bolon flooring. These works were finished with a full redecoration.
