• Existing offices partitions were fully stripped out
• Existing chilled water heating system and fan coil units were fully lagged
• Installed new LED lighting, fire alarm and electrical distribution on galvanised tray work
• Installed a new polished raised floor
• Stripped all structural steel work and re-painted with a fire rated paint to create a new industrial aesthetic
• Cleaned and polished the core concrete slab ceiling to allow a fully exposed ceiling to support the desired industrial look.
