A large commercial office building in Croydon that had been mothballed for over 5 years.

Capstone Interiors Ltd were contracted to carry out a full reinstatement of all electrical, mechanical and public health services.

All systems including heating, chilled water, condense water, BMS and fire alarms were fully reinstated inclusive of remedial works to ensure the systems operated as per their design. All electrical systems were tested to ensure they were compliant and all public health systems were tested to ensure there were not any blockages or leaks.

All floors were restored to a CAT A configuration and reception area renovated to the client’s specification.
