It was important to our client that the fit out and relocation was completed in accordance with a strict timescale to ensure any business disruption was minimalised.

We provided a removal service for all unwanted and damaged furniture from our client’s original office, packed and prepared all remaining furniture for relocation.

The CAT B scope of works consisted of;

• Carry out R&D survey prior to works commencing.

• Strip out existing kitchen and flooring.

• Strip out all floor coverings.

• Construct new partition wall to divide large meeting room into 2 smaller offices.

• Construct new glazed office in open plan area.

• Install new kitchen.

• Carry out repairs and relamp existing lighting.

• Test emergency lighting and confirm compliance.

• Decorate all walls, skirtings, windowsills, partition doors/frames and riser cupboard doors.

• Decorate reception walls with brick wall effect wallpaper.

• Remove existing manifestation and install new.

• Install new floor coverings throughout

• Power and data validation and redistribution of floor boxes as required to suit new desk layout.

• Provide test certification for all Electrical services.
