This project was a CAT B fit out to the first floor offices at 40 Lime Street, located in the heart of London’s insurance district. Our client wanted to achieve tenant interest during the Coronavirus pandemic by upgrading some office areas throughout the building.
The tea point area has been fully upgraded with a new Dove grey kitchen and Montreal Oak flooring and the area office has been fully redecorated with new flooring. Electrical works include: installation of PIR sensors, data rack, sockets and data points, and COMMs power supply. An additional 2.5kw AC ducted unit was installed to the rear office.
All works were completed whilst office staff were working from home and we were able to complete works in advance of the agreed deadline. Our client was able to let the office space within their desired time frame and went on to instruct us to carry out further works in other areas of the building as our services had been effective.
