After completing a CAT B fit out to Norwegian Hull Club’s London office back in 2016, they approached us again in 2021 to carry out their office expansion works. These works were completed both in and out of hours dependant on staff occupancy levels, as it was imperative to keep disruption minimal. An original 1920’s brick dividing wall was removed to expand the office in to the adjacent vacant suite. A new glazed boardroom was constructed with frames and doors to match the existing office. The existing Bolon flooring was matched to allow the new office to flow seamlessly from the existing. New power and data were installed to floor boxes in specified locations and a feature light was installed in the boardroom. The space was fully redecorated and the existing ceiling cleaned and repaired as good as new. New LED lighting was installed throughout.
