This minor CAT A refurbishment was completed on the 2nd floor at Thames House in the City of London.

Our client specialises in property development and asset management and wanted to achieve a clean look in their offices to speed up the occupancy process.

The scope of work on this project included: strip out of existing, and installation of new dove grey kitchen with appliances, new vinyl flooring to the walkway and kitchen area, and Miliken carpet to the open office area, a full redecoration of the area was undertaken and installation of new LED lighting throughout.

The office was finished with a sparkle clean and final electrical tests to handover to our client.

We were able to renew the space to create interest for our client without excessive expenditure on the project.
