The lower ground floor of Bridewell Place suffered from periodical ground water ingress.

This area was fully stripped out back to shell and core and a waterproofing system was installed, icluding sump pumps to remove ground water before it could present itself in the space.

We then fully renovated the basement to include new LED lighting, Bolon flooring and redecoration works.
