This project was a CAT A fit refurbishment to two office areas on the 5th and 7th floors at Vintners Place in the City of London, for our client specialising in property development and asset management. Our client wanted to achieve a clean fresh look in their offices to optimise their asset and speed up the occupancy process. With a limited budget and small window to complete the project we worked with our client and provided suitable solutions to achieve maximum impact within our clients operational tolerances.
The project was completed within 8 weeks from conception to completion and included all elements of design, compliance, and delivery. Upon completion the new office space was marketed, and leases agreed within 3 months.
This again demonstrates our ability to achieve more than the clients’ expectations and provide space that is both attractive and desirable.
