This office refurbishment was completed on the 5th floor of a multi-tenanted building, located in the heart of London’s insurance district.

The scope of work on this project involved: replacement of double-glazed windows throughout, installation of new sliding door to access the external terrace, removal of existing cellular offices and comms room, installation of new LED lighting and new open storage unit to meeting room. New flooring was also installed throughout, with a full redecoration.

The office was finished with a sparkle clean and final electrical tests to handover to our client.
